Our Family Roots In Framing
Alpha Framing Construction, LLC is a family-owned framing contractor in Palm Desert providing residential and commercial structural wood framing, including new home framing, additions, ADUs, garage conversions, and commercial wood framing, led by licensed contractor Juan Jose Lopez (CSLB #1076141) with over 12 years of hands-on experience and fully insured and bonded operations. Juan learned framing as a teenager working side by side with relatives in the Coachella Valley, then chose to earn his own California contractor licence so he could build a business that supports his family and delivers reliable, code-conscious framing for other families and builders.
Juan now focuses on the structural side of every project, including trusses, beams, headers, load-bearing walls, and complex layouts, while his wife, Estefania Valenzuela, manages operations, scheduling, and communication to keep jobs organized and on time. Together, they keep job sites clean and safe, coordinate closely with homeowners, general contractors, and developers, and stay focused on what matters most to clients, which is framing that passes inspection, protects the structure, and keeps the project moving on schedule.

How Our Framing Process Works
Clear estimates, organized framing, and inspection-ready results.
Consultation And Plan Review
We meet with you, review your plans or ideas, and clarify scope so the framing layout, budget, and timeline are clear before work begins.
Scheduling And Job Setup
We lock in start dates, coordinate materials with you or your GC, and organize our crew so framing fits smoothly into the overall project schedule.
On-Site Framing Work
Our licensed crew completes the structural framing, keeps the site orderly, and communicates daily so you always know where the project stands.
Inspection And Clean Handover
We walk through the framing, address inspector notes, and leave a clean, ready-for-trades structure that allows the rest of the build to move forward on time.
What You Can Expect
Your project starts with a walk-through or plan review, where we confirm scope, timing, and structural needs. We then coordinate schedules, permits, and materials with you or your GC. On site, our crew focuses on safe, code-compliant framing and organized work areas. We stay in touch throughout inspections, then hand over a clean, solid structure that keeps the next trades moving and protects your investment.
