Structural Work

Demo & Site Prep
Selective Demolition & Site Prep is where we clear the way for new framing without creating new headaches. Tearing things out is easy; removing only what needs to go, protecting what stays, and keeping the site clean takes experience and a careful plan.
We handle controlled interior and exterior wall demolition for remodels, additions, and tenant improvements. That includes careful cutting, dust containment where feasible, and protection of finishes or systems that are remaining. When walls are coming down near active living or work areas, we sequence the work to minimize disruption and keep those spaces as usable as possible.
Our crew is trained to identify structural versus non-structural framing in the field. When structural elements must be removed, we coordinate with your plans or engineer to install temporary supports before demo, preserving stability while we transition to the new layout. This reduces the risk of unexpected movement, cracked finishes, or damage to mechanical systems.
Debris is handled as part of the process, not an afterthought. We load out removed materials, organize scrap, and keep pathways clear so the site stays safer and more efficient for everyone who comes after us. A clean, organized work area also helps inspectors and other trades do their jobs without tripping over old framing and demo waste.
By pairing demolition with framing expertise, we make sure the site is prepped correctly for whatever comes next-new walls, beams, headers, or full structural reconfigurations. You benefit from fewer surprises once framing starts, smoother inspections, and a project that feels controlled from the first wall removal to the final structural sign-off.
